Edufy is an online learning platform and marketplace that serves live classes, recorded courses, e-modules and books. There are more than 100 courses on Edufy that are handled by the content creators from around the world and teach thousands of students on Edufy. Edufy is the ZOOM integrated for online live courses.
Edufy offers more than 100 classes across a variety of categories, including language, tutor training, academic, e-modules, arts, lifestyle and more.

Every class has been designed to be accessible for people with little to no experience and advanced students alike.

With new classes launching regularly, you can learn practical skills, ignite new passions, and get everyday wisdom.
Click on the courses that you would like to purchase and click on description. You could access course details, price and schedule (Schedule only applicable for live class).

There are 2 types of courses on Edufy.

a) Subscription: Credit points Each credit is equivalent for each live session.
b) One off: No credit point Subscribers will get access to the entire course including videos and material provided.
No, you won’t. There are no charges on taxes for any course that you purchase on Edufy.
Yes, there will be only RM0.50 payment gateway charges for every payment on Edufy.
We are currently using online banking through our system.
Yes, you can purchase any course for others. Simply key in the participants' details before check out.
As for online classes, one credit is equivalent to one session.
We are truly sorry but as for now, the payment has to be made through the payment gateway in the system.

We can't give financial aid to learners right now, but we'd like to do this in the future.

We offer discounts as part of some campaigns (for example promotions). Our support team doesn't have discount codes to give out to individual learners.

Each Edufy course is created, owned, and managed by the instructor(s). The foundation of each Edufy course depends on the mode of the course. If it is a recorded version, it includes videos, slides, and text based on what the instructors had provided. As for live courses, you will be able to join the class online through the Edufy system. In addition, instructors can add resources and various types of practice activities, to enhance the learning experience of learners.
Each course is different according to the instructors. The price of each course can be seen on the main page.
You will receive a certificate of completion for some of the courses that you have completed.
Edufy courses are entirely on-demand and they can be accessed from several different devices, including a desktop, laptop, and mobile phones. After you enroll in a course, you can access it by logging in and navigating to your My Course page.
If you're looking for a course on a specific topic, the easiest thing is to search by keyword, which you can do by clicking on the search bar at the top of the page. If nothing comes up when you search for a keyword like 'French' or 'Garden', that means we don't have a course for that topic yet. We have lots of courses on Edufy, but there are only so many things we can cover!
There are no deadlines to begin or complete a recorded course. For a live course, the time of the course begin can be referred to your schedule and the course duration is depending on the instructor.
Your credit will be refunded into your account within 24 hours of working days.
There will be a memo informing you that the class was canceled through your course. The memo will be in a purple box color.
Credit will still be deducted. However, you can still watch the class recording that is available via videos tab.
Each course is uniquely designed by each instructor. Any quizzes, tests or exams are available depending on the instructor.
It depends on the instructors. If the instructors permit you to retake the test/quiz/exam, then you may repeat it.

Content Creator

Content creators are people who create content. Be it academic, skills or e-modules. Start your passion and knowledge today by being a content creator and instructor on Edufy. Choose a promising topic with the help of our Categories. Plan your curriculum and start recording your video or conduct your live class on Edufy.

Fill up the registration form and submit your proposal by clicking the Teach On Edufy button.

We are looking for experienced content creators who are willing to produce excellent content.

You can put as many courses as you can.

All types of courses are welcome, however, there will be a team that will review your course outline before your course is published.

Yes. All materials, video recording, test, exams etc must be provided by the content creators.

Yes. You may use your own Zoom account. Please note that you have to use a premium Zoom Account to ensure the quality of the class. If you don't have any Zoom Account, you can simply rent our zoom at the price of RM2/hour.

Email will be sent to you within 5 to 7 working days after you have completed your course details. If you did not receive any feedback, simply head to our chatbox to communicate with one of our representatives.

You can send your withdrawal notice 1 month earlier before you end your course.

Edufy has the right to make claims based on the loss caused by the content creator.

Yes, you retain full ownership of your content.

No, you’re free to post your content wherever you like.

No, content posted on the Service is only available for users to stream.

A Content Creator can create as many Channels as they want in an effort to better organize their Contributions into Channels of similar interests.

A Channel can only be linked to one Network at a time, but a Content Creator can have multiple Channels linked to different Networks.

You can remove your Contributions from the Service at any time, but doing so will impact your revenue. In a commitment to our users, we ensure that any Premium Content is available to them for no less than sixty (60) Gregorian calendar days from the date they first access it. If you remove that piece of Premium Content, you won’t receive payment from any user that did not have access to the content for the full abovementioned day window.

Account “Dilemmas” are issued when the MyT is notified of a violation of the Terms of Service or the Content Creator Agreement. Sometimes content is removed for reasons other than guidelines violations, such as the safety of the person who posted or appears in a video, a first-party privacy complaint, court order, or other issues. Some severe infractions such as spamming, nudity or sexually explicit content, hate speech, bullying and/or other infractions that MyT in their sole discretion deems severe enough may result in immediate account termination at MyT’s sole discretion.

A “Dilemmas” is given to a Content Creator or a user if the MyT Rules Group determines that a violation of some sort has taken place. All content that is in violation of the MyT Terms of Service or the Content Creator Agreement is immediately taken down, the user / content owner is made aware of the violation and the Dilemmas. A Dilemmas can disappear from the account after ninety (90) Gregorian calendar days if there are no further violations during this time period. However, another violation within the said period will result in a second Dilemmas, and the account will incur a suspension for a period of time determined by the MyT, but not less than fourteen (14) Gregorian calendar days. When the user account is restored after the second Dilemmas suspension, it will be under “Conditional Probation”. If the user violates the terms again, for any reason, within one (1) year; the account will be permanently deleted.

Yes. It is open for all. Please advise that for non-Malaysian carefully read about payment related procedures for better understandings.

You must inform us immediately for better service. Usually it takes up to three (3) MyT business days for our finance department to acknowledge such changes. To be advised, do arrange your kind actions properly for better arrangements.

Affiliate Program

Affiliate program is a process where the affiliate earns a commission by promoting a product or service in Edufy using an affiliate link. The affiliate earns a commission each time someone makes a purchase through the unique affiliate link associated with their account.

  3. Then, log in to your Edufy account.
  4. Click the Affiliate tab.
  5. Join the support group by clicking the group Whatsapp link on Affiliate -> Affiliate Commissions tab.

Yes. You will be provided with marketing materials.

Yes, as long as the information is not misleading.

25% from the course price is yours. This percentage is applicable for all courses on Edufy.

For one off course, you will receive one off subscriptions. For recurring courses, your commission will also be recurring as long as your client renews their subscription

On the Affiliate tab , all of your clients that registered with your affiliate link will appear on the page.

The commission will be released on the 5th of every month. You will receive the commission based on the previous month’s sale.

On the Affiliate tab , you can review all your clients’ payment status. Success - Payment has been made Pending - Payment has not been made
